The referral
When you submit an enquiry, we pass your details to an independent contractor. Any quote you receive comes from that contractor. If you accept it, your agreement for the work is between you and the contractor, on their terms. We are not a party to that agreement and we do not carry out tree work.
You should satisfy yourself about the contractor before work starts, including asking to see their insurance and any licences relevant to the job.
Information on this site
The information here, including prices, descriptions of council and state rules, and advice about trees, is general in nature. It is written in good faith but may not suit your circumstances and may become out of date. Prices are planning guides only; a quote can only be given after an on-site inspection.
Rules about vegetation, koala habitat, neighbour trees and electrical safety are set by the City of Gold Coast, the Queensland Government and other bodies. Check with them before you act.
